PLATILLOS TIPICOS -

Traditional Mexican Specialties


PARRILLADAS -
Tableside grill of traditional Mexican meats, potatoes, peppers and onions. Parrilladas are served with Spanish rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and tortillas. Please allow approximately 20 minutes for preparation.

PARRILLADA REGULAR -
Beef ribs, steak and chorizo.

PARRILLADA COMBINADA -
Beef ribs, steak, chicken breast, chopped pork loin and chorizo.

The following orders are served with Spanish rice, beans and salad.

LOMO DE RES EN CHILE DE ARBOL -
Chopped steak simmered in exotic Chile de Arbol sauce (very hot).

BISTEC CON RAJAS Y QUESO -
Chopped steak seasoned with slices of poblano pepper, tomato, and onions topped with Chihuahua cheese.

BISTEC A LA MEXICANA -
Charcoal grilled chopped steak seasoned with slices of peppers, tomatoes and onions.

MILANESA DE RES CON PAPAS -
Breaded steak with french fries.

MILANESA DE POLLO CON PAPAS -
Breaded chicken breast with french fries.

LOMO DE PUERCO EN SALSA VERDE O CON NOPALES -
Chopped pork loin simmered in mildly green tomato sauce or Arizona cactus.

LENGUA DE RES EN SALSA VERDE O RANCHERA -
Beef tongue simmered in green tomato sauce or ranchera sauce.
CHILES RELLENOS DE QUESO -
Two green poblano peppers stuffed with cheese, coated with egg batter and pan fried.

CHILES RELLENOS CON CARNE -
Two green poblano peppers stuffed with ground beef, coated with egg batter and pan fried.

POLLO EN MOLE POBLANO -
Chicken topped with our delicious homemade mole poblano sauce (mild - The sauce in this dish contains peanuts and chocolate).

BISTEC RANCHERO -
Charcoal grilled steak served with hot peppers, tomatoes and onions.

CHULETAS RANCHERAS -
Two pork chops with hot peppers, tomatoes and onions.

CARNE ASADA CON NOPALES -
Charcoal grilled steak and Arizona cactus. Served with beans and guacamole.

BISTEC CON NOPALES Y QUESO -
Marinated portions of skirt steak, charcoal grilled with onions, tomatoes and Mexican cactus. Topped with melted cheese.
POLLO O CARNE ZAMORA -
Marinated boneless breast of chicken or a skirt steak served with frijoles charros, one cheese quesadilla, grilled onions and a side of guacamole. (No rice served with this dish.)
CARNE ASADA A LA TAMPIQUENA -
Charcoal grilled tender beef steak. Served with cheese enchilada and guacamole.

Grilled House Specialty
Grilled slices of onions, tomatoes, green peppers and your choice of marinated Steak, Chicken or Shrimp. Served with rice, beans, salad and corn or flour tortillas, side of sour cream and guacamole.

BURRITO REGULAR -
Any choice of meat: steak, Mexican sausage, pork, ground beef, shredded beef or Chicken with beans, lettuce and tomatoes.

BURRITO VEGETARIANO -
Beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese

BURRITO SUIZO -
Any choice of meat: steak, Mexican sausage, pork, ground beef, shredded beef or Chicken with beans, lettuce and tomatoes and melted cheese (Mexican or American)

BURRITOS DINNER -
Your choice of meat: Steak, Pork, Ground Beef, Shredded Beef, Chicken or Mexican Sausage with a generous portion of refried beans, Spanish rice, guacamole and sour cream.


 

PESCADOS Y MARISCOS - Sea Food

 

FILETE DE PESCADO AL MOJO DE AJO O A LA VERACRUZANA -
Fish filets marinated in white wine and sautéed in garlic or topped with mild Veracruzana Sauce. Served with pear-shaped potato. Veracruzana sauce – Bell pepper, onion, olives and Spanish capers.

CAMARONES EMPANIZADOS -
breaded shrimp accompanied with the chef's special sauce. Choice of potato.

COCTEL DE CAMARON -
A rich and delicious version of a shrimp cocktail. Containing ketchup, orange juice, shrimp broth, fresh lime juice, oregano and a hint of red salsa. Garnished with diced onions, avocado, cilantro and jalapeno peppers.

CAMARONES CON NARANJA Y TEQUILA -
Shrimp with orange and tequila. This delicious dish has an orange-and-jalapeño for a tangy accent. Served with pear shaped potato.

CAMARONES A LA DIABLA -
Shrimp saut�ed in spicy tomato sauce. Served with pear shaped-potato.

CAMARONES AL QUESO CON PIMIENTOS Y CEBOLLA -
Shrimp with green bell pepper, red hot peppers and onions cooked in olive oil and topped with Monterey Jack cheese. Served with pear shaped-potato.

CAMARONES A LA MEXICANA -
A great dish with color and flavor, bringing the tomatoes, onions and chiles a great combination.

MOJARRA FRITA AL MOJO DE AJO O A LA VERACRUZANA - Whole Tilapia (a fish with firm white flesh). Marinated with salt, pepper and fresh lime juice. Pan-fried or sauté with garlic or topped with mild Veracruzana Sauce. Veracruzana sauce - Bell pepper, onion, olives and Spanish capers.

FISH FRY -
Icelandic beer batter Codfish served with coleslaw, tartar sauce and your choice of white rice, potato pancakes or French fries. (Fridays only)
