TACOS

3 Tacos with your choice of Meat: steak, pork, ground beef, shredded beef, chicken, Mexican sausage or veal tongue.

TACOS DE LOMO A LA PARRILLA (DINNER)
Beef Tenderloin tacos garnished with avocado dip, diced onion and cilantro.

EXTRAS FOR TACOS  – Avocado, sour cream, or cheese

TACO SALAD
Choice of chicken or ground beef, served with rice and beans.

TOSTADA DINNER
3 Golden crisp open face taco shells layered with refried beans, topped with your choice of steak, ground beef, shredded beef, chicken or Mexican sausage. Garnished with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream.

TORTA (Mexican Sandwich)
Your choice of: breaded steak, breaded chicken, chopped steak, ham, Mexican sausage or avocado on a Mexican roll, dressed with refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and sour cream.

TORTA (DINNER)
Same as above, served with rice and beans.

SOPES
3 Sopes layered with refried beans and topped with your choice of: steak, ground beef or chicken, garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.

GORDITAS
“Fat pancake” stuffed with beans and your choice of chicken, ground beef or rajas con queso. Served with cabbage salad.

FLAUTAS DORADITAS
3 Flute-shaped tacos fried to golden crispness with your choice of shredded beef or chicken, with lettuce, tomato and sour cream (Corn or Flour shells). Served with rice, beans and guacamole.

ENCHILADAS ROJAS DE QUESO (DINNER)
3 rolled-up corn tortillas stuffed with cheese and topped with mild red sauce and sour cream.
The sauce in this dish contains peanuts.

ENCHILADAS SUIZAS DE POLLO (DINNER)
3 rolled-up corn tortillas stuffed with chicken, topped with mildly green sauce and melted cheese, served with sour cream on the side.

ENCHILADAS DE MOLE POBLANO CON POLLO (DINNER)
3 rolled-up corn tortillas stuffed with chicken, topped with our delicious Mole Poblano Sauce and melted cheese.
Mole sauce contains peanuts and chocolate.

QUESADILLAS CON RAJAS DE POBLANO (DINNER)
3 fold-over corn tortillas filled with Monterey Jack cheese and slices of poblano pepper and grilled to the melting point.

CHIMICHANGAS (Order of 3)
Your choice of chicken or ground beef and cheese inside. Served with rice, beans, sour cream and salad on the side.

TAMALES (Order of 3)
Pork or chicken Tamales. Served with rice and beans.

CARNE ASADA A LA TAMPIQUEÑA
Charcoal grilled tender beef steak. Served with cheese enchilada and guacamole.

CARNE ASADA CON NOPALES
Charcoal grilled steak and Arizona cactus. Served with beans and guacamole.

LOMO DE RES EN CHILE DE ARBOL
Chopped steak simmered in exotic Chile de Arbol Sauce (Very spicy).

LOMO DE PUERCO EN SALSA VERDE O SALSA VERDE Y NOPALES
Chopped pork loin simmered in mildly green sauce or green sauce and cactus. 

BISTEC CON RAJAS Y QUESO
Chopped steak seasoned with slices of poblano pepper, tomato and onions topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese.

BISTEC CON NOPALES Y QUESO
Marinated portions of skirt steak, charcoal grilled with onions, tomatoes and Mexican cactus. Topped with melted cheese.

BISTEC A LA MEXICANA
Charcoal grilled chopped steak seasoned with slices of peppers, tomatoes and onions.

BISTEC RANCHERO
Charcoal grilled steak served with hot peppers, tomatoes and onions. 

MILANESA DE RES O POLLO CON PAPAS
Breaded steak or chicken breast with French fries.

LENGUA DE RES EN SALSA VERDE O SALSA RANCHERA
Veal tongue simmered in green sauce or ranchera sauce.

CHILES RELLENOS DE QUESO
Two green poblano peppers stuffed with cheese, coated with egg batter and pan-fried.

CHULETAS RANCHERAS
Two pork chops with hot peppers, tomatoes and onions. 

POLLO EN MOLE POBLANO
Chicken topped with our delicious homemade Mole Poblano Sauce. Mild. (The sauce in this dish contains peanuts and chocolate).

POLLO O CARNE ZAMORA
Marinated boneless breast of chicken or a skirt steak served with frijoles charros, one cheese quesadilla, grilled onions and a side of guacamole. (No rice served with this dish.)

POLLO CANCUN
Chicken breast marinated with chimichurri sauce. Served with white rice and two pan fried jalaneños.
No beans or salad served with this dish

CAMARONES AL MOJO DE AJO
This popular shrimp dish from the coast of Mexico provides a perfect balance of flavors.
Shrimp sautéed with garlic, salt, pepper, lime and white wine. Served with pear-shaped potato.

CAMARONES A LA DIABLA
Shrimp sautéed in spicy tomato sauce. Served with pear shaped-potato.

CAMARONES CON NARANJA Y TEQUILA
Shrimp with orange and tequila. This delicious dish has an orange-and-jalapeño sauce for a tangy accent. Served with pear shaped-potato. 

CAMARONES EMPANIZADOS
Breaded shrimp accompanied with the Chef’s special sauce.

CAMARONES AL CHIMICHURRI
Shrimp sautéed in chimichurri sauce. Served with pear shaped-potato.

CAMARONES GRATINADOS
Shrimp sautéed in chimichurri sauce and topped with Monterey Jack cheese. Served with pear shaped-potato.

FILETE DE PESCADO AL MOJO DE AJO O A LA VERACRUZANA*
Fish filets marinated in white wine and sautéed in garlic or topped with mild Veracruzana sauce. Served with pear-shaped potato. 

MOJARRA FRITA O AL MOJO DE AJO O A LA VERACRUZANA*
Whole Tilapia (a fish with firm white flesh). Marinated with salt, pepper and fresh lime juice.
Pan-fried or sauté with garlic or topped with mild Veracruzana sauce.

FISH FRY (All you can eat – Fridays only)
Icelandic beer batter Codfish served with coleslaw, tartar sauce and your choice of white rice, homemade potato pancakes or French fries.

*VERACRUZANA SAUCE – Bell pepper, onion, olives and Spanish capers.
